Q: How long does it take to get a black belt
in Aikido?
A: It is determined by the number of training hours attained and in
accordance with the California Aikido Association's regulations.

Q: What ages do you teach?
A: Age does not really matter in Aikido. Frank Doran is well over
70 years old and can still throw 20 year olds around. The youngest
student Dan has taught was 3. Typically, Dan likes to have
students 5 or older.
